BOOKING FEE

We require a 25% non-refundable booking fee for all appointments. The booking fee is transferable one-time only as long as re-booking takes place within 1 week of your scheduled appointment. 
Any promotional codes used when booking are not transferable to a rescheduled appointment.

CANCELLATIONS & LATE ARRIVALS

Cancellation of your appointment is a forfeit of your booking fee. Late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes may result in a cancellation of your appointment, your booking fee will be forfeited and you will be required to pay another booking fee to reschedule at our next available date. Failure to show up to a booked appointment will require payment of half the cost of the missed session before any future appointments can be booked.

Please read over all of the information pages prior to booking an appointment to ensure you are a candidate for cosmetic tattooing and get familiar with the pre and post-care instructions. If we cannot follow through with your appointment the booking fee will be forfeited. We reserve the right to refuse a procedure.

PREVIOUS COSMETIC TATTOOING

If you have had any previous cosmetic tattooing you are required to send a clear photo to brauhausstudio@gmail.com for approval PRIOR to booking an appointment. Sometimes we are unable to correct previous work and will require you to have lightning sessions first. Any corrective appointments booked without approval will be refused and your booking fee will be forfeited. 

PAYMENT

The booking fee will be deducted from the total appointment cost. We accept all major credit cards, debit, and cash; we do not carry change in the studio for any cash transactions. We do not issue refunds for any reason. Pricing is subject to change at any time. 

TOUCH-UPS

All cosmetic tattoo appointments require two sessions to be considered complete. If you require additional touch-ups charges will apply. All sessions are charged per appointment.  

CANDIDATES

The minimum age requirement for all Cosmetic and Body Tattoos, Scalp Micropigmentation, and Saline Lightening is 18 years old. We do not microblade, tattoo, or lighten any pregnant or nursing mothers. Please see pre-care for a complete list of contraindications PRIOR to booking a session.

RESULTS

Cosmetic Tattooing is an art, not a science; clients’ results will vary, and using cosmetic products may still be required. Every effort is made to ensure the best outcome however we have no control over the healing process or following proper aftercare protocols that determine the treatment results.

OUTDOOR FOOTWEAR

Please note that we ask you to remove any outdoor footwear upon entry to the studio (all seasons). Feel free to bring indoor shoes or slippers with you.

PHONE ETIQUETTE

Please turn your phone off or on silent for the duration of your time in the studio, we are a shared space and we want everyone to have a comfortable experience.

PARKING & ENTRY

We are located at 10217 - 106 Street, there can be a lot of traffic and construction around the area so please plan accordingly. For your convenience you can park in the Vibe lot at the front (south side) of the building and we will register your plate for the duration of your appointment. Please keep in mind that parking can be busy, especially during the weekend.

The main entrance is on the west side of the building (around the corner from Ivory Noir Salon). Our buzzer code to enter is 0314. We are located on the 3rd floor in the Co-Lofts, the first unit to the left as you come up from the stairs/elevator.
