BRAU Fundamentals

Our B R A U Fundamentals program is designed for beginners entering the world of cosmetic tattoo brows. No prior experience or training in the beauty industry is required. Over several weeks, we cover all aspects of brow tattooing, ensuring you are fully confident to start your career.

The course begins with a comprehensive online program that you can complete at your own pace before attending five in-studio days. These sessions include instructor-led training to help you refine your skills under expert guidance.

In this program, you'll learn various techniques, including Nano Brows (hairstrokes), Powder Brows (shading), Target Shading, and our signature Nano Fusion (combination) Brow. Mastering multiple techniques is crucial for working with different skin types and style preferences.

During the instructor-led sessions, you'll observe mentors working on a model and have the opportunity to work on two models under your instructors guidance. The online portion includes text, images, and numerous videos, which you'll have access to for a full year. Additionally, students receive lifetime support.

*please note students are required to obtain their Blood Borne Pathogens certification prior to in studio learning sessions.

course DETAILS

The program begins with learning the Fundamentals through an online platform. Students will have over two weeks to complete the online curriculum and pass each section’s examination.

*Based on performance, students will move on to the next level of training. Those who do not pass will be given additional time to review and practice and will be invited to join the next semester in studio, at the discretion of the instructors.
The next portion of the curriculum takes place in studio, working together for five days spread over two weeks. This schedule allows students ample time to practice and refine their skills before working on their models.
Day 1: Review of the online theory and begin hands-on training on brow mapping and design.
Day 2: Continue with brow design, diving into stroke patterns and starting practice on paper and latex.
Break: One week to continue practicing at home.
Day 3: Instructor demo of a Nano-Fusion procedure on a model, plus discussions on photography, editing, marketing, social media, and business.
Day 4: Students perform a Powder Brow on a model.
Day 5: Students perform a Nano Brow on a model.

*Students are responsible for providing their own models.

INVESTMENT

The course cost is $4500 plus tax (early-bird sign up special is $3500 by July 31st, 2024) and includes a full deluxe kit with machine, cartridges, pigments, medical supplies and more.
We accept only five students per semester, with two instructors, to ensure intimate and personalized training.

• November 8th, 9th, 15th, 16th, and 17th

*you must be available for all five days.

A $1000 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot, and the full payment must be made at least two weeks before the in-person sessions to be able to complete the online education.
