Faux Frecks - In person training

Learn the art of tattooing Freckles and Beauty Marks. In our 1-day course we will teach you the method of hand-poking faux frecks for an incredibly natural and beautiful result. This course is great for beginners or seasoned permanent makeup artists looking to offer additional services to their menu.

In this course you will receive access to an online portal which will go through all of the practical theory of tattooing faux frecks with access for one full year. During the in-person portion of the course you will observe the trainer do a live demo on a model as well as you will complete a model under the guidance of your instructors.

Students always have lifetime support.

Skin anatomy
Colour theory
Design and placement
Tool types and selection
Client consultations and contraindications
Aftercare
Proper tray set up, tear down and sanitation
Alberta Health Services regulations
Client files; forms, waivers and insurance
Business/Social Media; marketing, advertising and photography

*please note students are required to obtain their Blood Borne Pathogens certification prior to in studio learning sessions.

course DETAILS

10:00am - Introductions and review of the course material.
10:30am - Practice on latex.
11:30pm - Instructor demo.
1:00pm - Lunch.
1:45pm - Students work on model.
4:00pm - Celebrate and certificates.

*please note it is the students responsibility to find a model for the course.
If you require us to find you a model there will be an additional fee.

INVESTMENT

The course cost is $1200+ tax and includes a premium kit with needles, pigments and medical supplies (lunch will also be provided). We only accept 5 students per semester with 2 instructors to keep the training intimate and tailored to each individual. Next training availability is TBD. You are required to be paid in full by TBD to complete the online education prior to in studio sessions.
